A sectional door is made up of separate panels. When it opens, the panels rise and stack parallel to the ceiling, so no space is lost either inside the garage or in front of it. That is a decisive advantage in narrow courtyards and wherever the car is parked close to the door.

Why a 40 mm panel
There are 20 mm panel options on the market, and they are cheaper. But if your garage adjoins the house, insulation directly affects the temperature of the next room. A 40 mm polyurethane core more than halves heat transfer and noticeably dampens the noise of the door.
Safety
Every door comes with a photocell as standard: when the beam across the opening is interrupted, the mechanism stops immediately and reverses. A spring-break safety device prevents the door leaf from falling if a spring snaps.
