All systems installed by Kayamatik come with a manufacturer's warranty and an installation warranty. The warranty period depends on the product and is stated in the documents.
What the warranty covers
- Faults in the motor and control unit
- Defects in the mechanism, springs and rollers
- Manufacturing defects in the panels and door leaf
- All installation-related work
What the warranty does not cover
- Mechanical damage (impact, collision with a vehicle)
- Work carried out by third parties
- Damage caused by natural disasters and power surges
- Failures resulting from skipped scheduled maintenance
